PEM Motion was founded in 2014 as a spin-off from Prof. Achim Kampker’s chair for production engineering for e-mobility components (PEM) at the RWTH Aachen University by some talented engineers with the strong feeling that today’s mobility innovation requires a new approach. Since then they have successfully grown to over 100 employees working in 8 offices on 3 continents. Their customers cover the entire spectrum of the automotive / mobility industry, but they also work for start-ups that are ready to disrupt the industry.
