In Mannheim, logistics service provider RHENUS operates a port with RoRo service and its own inland waterway vessels for transport on the Rhine in cooperation with a Dutch partner. From here, vehicles manufactured in the region are shipped worldwide via the seaports of Rotterdam and Antwerp.
